Shipping Information
Here’s what you need to know about your GymApex order:
- After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by another with your tracking information once your order ships.
- Purchases of Gift Cards do not qualify towards achieving the free shipping threshold.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days from the date on your tracking information.
- Deliveries to Military Addresses in EU countries are not possible at this time
Netherlands
• Standard (1-2 business days): €7.45
• Express (Next business day): €13.45
Within Europe
• Standard (2-5 business days): €13.50
• Express (1-3 business days): €23.50
Rest of the World
• Standard (5-10 business days): €24.50
• Express (3-5 business days): €45.50
Sale & Holiday Season Adjustments
Due to high demand during sales, order confirmations are finalized upon the dispatch confirmation email. It's possible for orders to be canceled due to stock unavailability. Expect longer delivery times during holiday seasons, although we strive to process orders swiftly.
Product Representation
Product images on our website or app serve as illustrations. While every effort is made to accurately display colors, we cannot assure an exact color match with your screen’s display. Actual product colors and packaging may slightly differ.
Order Processing
Availability and payment receipt condition the processing of all website products. Should items be out of stock or if additional credit card verification is required, we will reach out to you.
Delivery Estimates
Our goal is to deliver within five working days post-processing. During holidays and sales, delivery might take 5-12 days due to increased volume. Tracking information will be emailed post-shipment, note it might take 48 hours for tracking updates.
International Shipping
Orders for international delivery may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, as we cannot predict them. Delays due to customs are also possible. By ordering, you agree to comply with your country’s laws and accept responsibility for any legal issues.
Non-Deliverable/Refused Shipments
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages due to refusal or incorrect addressing.
Inspection Requirement
Upon delivery, promptly inspect your order for accuracy. If any discrepancies are found, contact us with details and photographic evidence at info@gymapexapparel.com
Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods
We aim for quality and conduct thorough checks before shipping. For incorrect or damaged goods received, contact us within 30 days for a possible exchange or refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days upon receiving the returned item, in line with our Shipping Policy.
Unforeseeable Events
We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, or terrorism.
