Tracking Your GymApex Order
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your GymApex order is on its way, you'll receive an email titled "Your Order is on the Way," which includes a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your GymApex Account.
Already Have a GymApex Account?
- Log in to your account.
- Check the fulfillment status of your order.
- If the order is fulfilled, select it to view details (If not, check back in 24 hours as we might need a bit more time to get your order ready).
- Click on the tracking link to view its journey. You can also use the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email.
What If My Tracking Hasn't Updated?
Tracking information usually updates within 24-48 hours, but sometimes there might be additional delays.
- First, review your tracking details for any courier hold-ups due to incorrect addresses or Customs Fees.
- If you notice an error in the address provided, refer to our guidelines.
- Should your tracking not refresh after several days, don’t worry; your package is likely still en route. However, if there's no update for 6+ working days, please contact our Customer Support for help.
