Returns Policy
We accept returns for any reason, offering a refund or store credit. Items purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. You have 30 days from receipt to return your order for a refund. Use the Return Portal on our website, entering your order number and email for instructions. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Conditions for Returns:
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Must retain all original GymApex Apparel tags.
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear, swimwear, face masks, pierced jewelry, and earbuds are not returnable or exchangeable unless they are faulty.

Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges or refunds are available for defective items. Items must be returned in original condition with the return form completed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items returned within 14 days are eligible. Faulty returns not due to manufacturing faults or misuse are not accepted. Processing refunds takes approximately 7 to 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company or bank as there might be a processing delay. If after doing this, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@gymapexapparel.com.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the original payment method, except for gift card purchases which will be refunded as a new gift card. Shipping charges and taxes on shipping are not refundable.
Faulty Items
We accept returns for items that haven't met their expected lifespan and are covered by our warranty policy. Returns due to misuse or not covered by our warranty are not accepted. For faulty or incorrect items received, please use the Return Portal for guidance.
Damage During Shipping
Report any shipping damage within 14 days of delivery through the Return Portal, providing your order number and email for further instructions.
Covering Return Costs
For faulty or damaged items, GymApex Apparel covers the return costs. We will refund the damaged goods or offer an exchange.
