Women
For tops and sports bras, compare your bust measurement. For leggings and shorts, compare your waist and hips. Available sizes are shown on each product page.

How to measure
Use a flexible tape, keep it level, and measure over light clothing without pulling it tight.
Bust / chest
Measure around the fullest part of your bust or chest, with your arms relaxed.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of your torso.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips and seat.
Inside leg
Measure from the top of your inner leg down to the length you want. Compare this with the product’s length when provided.

What if my measurements fall between sizes?
Compare all measurements relevant to the item and consider your preferred fit. Check the product’s fit notes or ask our team rather than relying on a single measurement.
Does this replace a bra cup-size chart?
No. The sports-bra reference uses body bust measurements and letter sizes. It does not convert cup or band sizes. Check the sizes offered on the product page and ask our team if you need help.
Are these measurements taken from GymApex garments?
No. These are general body-size references. They are not garment dimensions or a guarantee of fit. Product-specific measurements should take priority when available.
