Customs and Import Fees

As GymApex ships internationally from the Netherlands and The United States, customers should be prepared for the possibility of customs fees when their orders reach their destination country.

Responsibility of Customers:

As our valued customer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. These charges are necessary for the release of your order from customs. The total cost displayed at checkout on GymApex Apparel's website does not cover any potential additional duties. Should there be any additional duties required, your carrier will notify you.

Since GymApex Apparel does not control these customs and import taxes, we cannot specify the exact amount you may be charged. Customs and import tax rates can vary significantly depending on your country.

Country-Specific Information:

•  Canada: Orders valued over CAD 150 may be subject to duties.

•  European Union: Orders from EU member states are typically free from import taxes or duties up to a certain value, due to intra-EU trade agreements. Please check the latest regulations as these can vary.

•  Australia: The threshold for importing goods into Australia from the Netherlands is $1,000AUD. Orders exceeding this value may face import fees.

• Other Regions: Customers from other regions might face customs charges determined by their local customs authority. You will be responsible for paying any such fees that may apply.

Refusing to Pay Customs Fees:

Should you decide to refuse the payment of customs fees and the parcel is returned to GymApex, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

To avoid any surprises, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more detailed information before placing your order with GymApex Apparel.
